Welcome Lake Pointe Neighbor!

As a new resident, it may be difficult to decipher where to find information on which entity (HOA and MUD's) performs what functions throughout the community.  This is helpful information that we think you may need.  Please call FirstService Residential Austin at 512-266-6771 if you have any other questions.

For more helpful information on your community, please request a login to access the exclusive resident content of the Community Website.  Once logged in, you will have access to additional information including your account information, community documents, pool key requests, and much more.

Community Amenities:

Napa Park- Owned by the HOA, you can use the play area, picnic tables, basketball and tennis court, and play scape.  No reservations may be made for this park.

Vista Pointe Park- Owned by the MUD5.  You can use the park at your leisure.  No reservations may be made for this park.

LCRA Day Dock- Owned by MUD5.  You will need your pool access card to enter through the gate that leads to the day dock.

Community Center- 11700 Sonoma Drive.  This facility includes a clubhouse that may be rented for private events by making an online reservation request. The Junior Olympic swimming pool is open April -September.  A pool access card must be used to gain entry into the community.  

During Swim Team season, Lake Pointe residents with school aged children are welcome to join the Lake Pointe Lazers.  For more information, please visit http://lakepointelazers.blogspot.com/.

The HOA is responsible for maintenance of the community facilities, common area walls, equipment, utilities, signage, administration, architectural control, covenant enforcement, resident correspondence, and website.  The HOA board meets on the 3rd Monday of each month.  You can view the community calendar online for meeting dates.

The MUDs hold contracts for trash pick-up providers and landscaping throughout the community's common areas, main wall along Bee Cave Road & corresponding lighting.
