Why do you want to serve on the HOA Board?
I want to help continually improve our neighborhood’s quality of life. I’m passionate about construction, architecture, and design, and I’d like to contribute that expertise to enhance residents’ experience. With upcoming renovations and projects, I can help ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Community Involvement
- Regular participant in HOA-organized events.
- Active in organizing block events on Carlsbad Dr.
- Facilitate men's group hikes and family get-togethers at the park.
- Generally, an engaged, proactive neighbor in community activities.
What improvements or changes would you like to see in the community?
- Elevate the landscaping and overall look and feel of the neighborhood.
- Encourage mutual respect among neighbors and maintain high-quality standards while allowing reasonable flexibility.
- Kee the neighborhood clean and invest HOA funds wisely to preserve curb appeal and value.
If elected, how would you address the challenges you identified in the previous question?
- Review contracts carefully and propose practical improvements.
- Leverage my Backyard Pod architectural team to develop drawings/designs where helpful.
- Apply my architecture/design experience and CPA background to ensure projects are financially sound and well managed.

I feel like we've made a lot of progress in the last few years, and I would like the opportunity to continue moving the ball forward on current and future projects.

Would like to continue to work hand in hand with Cohere and utilize their expertise on community events and improvements.

I intend to keep an open mind to the suggestions and/or concerns of our neighbors and work together as a board to find solutions when issues arise.
