How to pay your quarterly assessment — due Nov. 1
Through November, additional late fees and interest will not be assessed on outstanding balances and we’ll honor all payment agreements from previous management provided as part of the accounting transition of data.
Cohere utilizes Vantaca, one of the best association management systems our industry has to offer. Within the next week, you will receive a letter with your Vantaca portal log in credentials. Once you’re in, please check your email and phone number to make sure it’s correct. Then, you can set up ACH payments (free of charge).

Free ways to pay:
1. Set up a reoccurring ACH thru your online Vantaca portal
2. Mail in a check
3. Pay through your own bank’s online bill payment system
Include your new account number and send payments to: Lake Austin Lake Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., P.O. Box 64685, Phoenix, AZ 85082.
Other ways to pay
4. Credit or debit card initiated thru Vantaca – 3.65% per transaction applied
5. E-check initiated thru Vantaca, even if reoccurring - $2.99 per transaction
Although we can accept payments now, we ask that you wait until you receive your assessment account number being mailed to you this week.
